Constitutional reform process, dialogue and research is well directed and managed. Civil service and government requirements met in achieving constitutional reform and service improvement. Policy research and dialogue based on Mandate, priorities, and constitutional reform initiatives. Facilitate efforts to plan and work jointly to bring together public and private stakeholders across and at all levels of government and the community to build consensus around a range of outstanding constitutional issues. Formulate Constitutional reform strategy and examination of any branch of the law with a view to making recommendations for its improvement, modernization, and reform. Input made to legislative development process and law reform initiatives.
