Preparing plans, strategies and guidelines for advancing conflict resolution with regard to the lessons that can be learned the peace building process in Somaliland.  Formulation of conflict Management strategy with in the public sector.  Studies, research and dialogue based on Conflict Prevention Strategies with a particular attention to traditional way of resolving conflicts. Coordinate efforts to create professional portfolios of the local pool of Mediators. Create linkages with other internal and external websites to promote preventive diplomacy and mediation .Contributes to developing and strengthening a workplace and culture that upholds the values of the Organization, its ethical and functional integrity, respect for the dignity, diversity and rights of staff, in compliance with the laws and regulations currently enforce.
